AWiF Forum Upgrade
Our software provider has released their newest version of IPB. We are currently running 3.0.5 and I will be updating the site to 3.1 sometime today.
There should be little to no downtime. I will need to make a backup of our database and site files and then I will start the upgrade process which should only take a few minutes.
If something goes wrong, there might be a little more downtime as I restore the files and database to bring us back to 3.0.5.
So far on a test site I am running, there hasn't been any issues, but if you encounter any after the upgrade please let me know so I can address them.
This upgrade offers a world of new features that I am looking forward to using on the site. I will post another Topic after the upgrade talking about these features and how you can use them.
Thanks for being such a wonderful community!
